Language Test Fee Reimbursment

To encourage students to master their language skills before graduation, HSUHK students with satisfactory International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi (PSC) test results can apply for the reimbursement of test fees.

FAQ:

IELTS Test 

  1. Current HSUHK full-time undergraduate student at the time of application for test fee reimbursement; 
  2. Current HSUHK full-time undergraduate student when sitting for the test; 
  3. With the provision of valid IELTS Test Report Form at the time of application for test fee reimbursement; 
  4. Attained an overall band score of 7.0 or above; and 
  5. Sitting for the test and application for reimbursement must be made within the same academic year. 

Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi (PSC) 

  1. Current HSUHK full-time undergraduate student at the time of application for test fee reimbursement; 
  2. Current HSUHK full-time undergraduate student when sitting for the PSC test; 
  3. Took the PSC test organised by the Putonghua Education and Assessment Centre of The Institute for Chinese Language and Culture, HSUHK; and 
  4. Attained an overall band score of Second Class–Grade A (二級甲等) or above. 

The reimbursement of the language test fee will be based on the actual amount paid.  

Applications should be submitted via the SFR-APP (Reimbursement of Language Test Fee).

The reimbursement will be disbursed through autopay to your personal bank account. Please make sure you have provided your bank account information through eCampus.
