Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or “Extreme Conditions” Announcement (Black Rainstorm inclusive)
If signal No. 8 or “extreme condition” announcement (Black Rainstorm inclusive) is lowered/cancelled at 10:30 am or before | The event will continue & be held as scheduled. |
If signal No. 8 or “extreme condition” announcement (Black Rainstorm inclusive) is likely to be issued between 10:31am and 2:00pm | The event will be cancelled. |
