No worries! Here is a checklist to guide you through your initial steps at HSUHK.
- NMTSS main round result release: From 16 July 2025
- JUPAS main round result release: 6 August 2025
- 1st instalment of tuition fee payment deadline:
- For Self-financed Year-1: 7 August 2025
- For SSSDP Year-1: 12 August 2025
- After your tuition fee payment is processed and the Registry has verified your submitted documents, you will receive an email with procedures for the online NEW Student Registration (to your personal email address).
- Please refer to the email from the Registry (to your personal email address).

- After completing your student registration, you will receive an email from the Student Affairs Office (SAO) outlining to-do items for new students and information about various welcoming events organised by the university.
- Application period: 18 – 20 August 2025
- You will receive an email from the Residential Colleges Section of the Student Affairs Office (SAO) with the details.

- New students are required to complete the online new student survey. Upon completion, a $100 printing credit will be automatically added to your student account.
- For details, please refer to the welcome email from the Student Affairs Office (SAO).
- The timetable will be pre-assigned. Year 1 students are not required to register modules during the module registration exercise for the first semester of study.
- You can check your timetable on the intranet (eCampus) on 26 August 2025.

- Please ensure you are clear about both the academic and non-academic graduation requirements for HSUHK undergraduates
- You will receive an email from the Registry regarding the collection arrangements for the Student Card in late August 2025.
- To help you familiarize yourself with the HSUHK environment and build networks with your peers, you are invited to join the New Student Welcome Day on 22 August 2025.
- To assist new students in becoming familiar with the programs and support resources for their studies, your School/Department will organise Academic Sessions for new students.
- Don’t miss out on other welcoming events organized by the HSUHK community:
- The Convocation for New Students is scheduled for 4 September 2025.
- New students will receive an invitation from the Registry in late August 2025.
